How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery usually takes on average 3 and 6 Working Days for major centers. If you are based in a far outlying or rural area – this will take up to 9 working days.

Can I purchase in person?

Unfortunately due to the volume of orders we ship locally and internationally, this is not an option we currently offer.

Where are you based?

Our head office and fulfilment center is based in Johannesburg however our store is exclusively online.

Can I request a product that’s not available on the site?

Yes, you can send us a DM on Insta /oWhatsApp requesting a product and we will try our best to source it for you.
